I can't believe this. We are in exactly the same position. AOR 19/09/06 exactly the same in Sydney simplified process and we got our 60 day letter yesterday. I am so shocked I was not expecting it...

Pre grant letter received on 13..02.07, 136 -Skilled independent visa granted on 18.03.07.
