Yes, here's me dancing around taking SS at 62 and not taking any UK defined contributions till the UK state pension age of 67, just so I could get 5 years of non-WEP'd SS and I might not have to...

Just be careful about that Rich - I used to tell Americans how great the NHS was, then I moved back to the UK and realised it wasn't (anymore).

The law hasn't changed.

S21 evictions are still being used, the law hasn't even gone through Parliament yet. The new proposed law still permits a S8 eviction for owner move-in or sale.
