Fiance/Spouse status after filing

My husband came in as a K-1er. That was May 22. We finally married the 1rst of August but his visa expires the 20th. (90 days)

My question is, we are adjusting his status (via mail) the 15th....

I'm so sorry you are going through this now. But you may want to email them the scanned DS-230 as well as fax it. Just bombard them. I did that with Buenos Aires and got my interview date via email....
