Been stuck in the UK since Thursday the 1st day it started..flight cancelled..rebooked next available Monday ...Cancelled again and rebooked for Thursday...:fingerscrossed:

Although Mooloolaba is nice its very touristy...better to look around the Caloundra area just that bit further south...still excellent beaches and come along way in the last few years - your husband...

I think thats definately the Sunshine Coast for you...it is paradise one day and perfect the next but the jobs on the coast are awful... to get a decent job its better to be in Brissy:sneaky:

What about if you purchase a return ticket...from your destination country dont bother using the first flight and just use the return section on a set date. Just its cheaper for me to book flights...

Of course you could always try Caloundra? ...I live 2 kms from Mooloolaba and it does get pretty busy - personally I like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach at Caloundra!
