I did an online search and found that you Could get a 2015 CGT value Without a 2015 valuation.
For this, you would use the valuation from another year, and extrapolate from that.

Hi Ricko, sorry if I wasn't clear but the zero CGT was for the shorter period from when non residents had to start paying CGT in 2015.

I thought that your accountant may have got them the wrong...

The restrictions I encountered went far beyond those caused by the US.
The CTT details posted above say you can send letters up to 2kg. But I wasn't allowed to send a letter of just over 20 grams....
