Rita - which obviously wasnt as devastating as Katrina, but how was I to know that at the time? I had already evacuated from Houston with the thousands of other people.

Yeah they have gotten alot stricter now. No winging it anymore I'm afraid.

That does suck though - it was a real emergency. But I understand that technically I was breaking the rules...
