I am petitioning for my step-son. I have submitted I-130, I-864 and I-864 and all have been accepted.

yes, we received the request for the I-864 and I-864A.

However, there was an error on the I-864, which I corrected and resent today priority mail.

He is in the US right now on Holiday until...

too late,,,,,just back from the post office. This is the same way I did for our Fiance visa in 2002, so I guess it was ok.

I am ready to mail out my packet and was wondering where to put the check.

I have put all the forms in a two prong binder with indexes

should it be attached to the actual I-130...can I staple...

No, we never received an appointment letter. To re-apply for the advance parole and work auth, we just fill in the same forms as before and pay the fee?

We were married on K-1 March 30, 2003. We applied for the I485, I765 and I131 in April 2003. All we received was a yellow receipt on May 7, 2003. My husband went down to wait on line last summer...

You're right, that is what it is intended to be. My accountant tells me to claim the boys as dependants, they would need Social Security #'s. But that's impossible since they don't live here. Than...

My fiance would like to keep his account open with the royal bank of Scotland. This way he can have the bank directly debit his account and credit his ex wife's account for child support payments....
