What if someone buys a property, Sells it, does not pay the capital gains tax within those 2 years, leaves Spain?? Do they look for you, can you go into the country, do they care??

99% of Uk insurers will honour NCB for up to 24 months. some will accept it up to 3 years after. any more than that and i doubt they will accept it.

try A-Plan i am dealing with them now for mine...

the average house price in the uk that was publihed about a month ago was about £200k which for most of us is unaffordable.

i know it happens as when i bought mine 18 months ago there was a large chunk of it. but it seems like there acctually cracking down on it now.

i have just sold my house in spain this week, and my agent has said that no black money can happen now as it is ilegal so the ful price is being declared. maybe you should double check this.

i ma have the dates wrong but my friend who lives in mk and is up and down the M1 a lot for work said its one year into 4 years. i guess checking with the highways agency is the best thing to do.

well after 2 years of working out in gibraltar and living near by in spain. finally sold my flat and just waiting on the paper work to be signed and then i can resign and get everything shipped back....

social insurance is like NI is in the uk. i work in Gib but live in spain but pay it. although i do need to question my HR dept whether or not i should be paying it.

i cant remember the amount but once you hit a certain wage you can register as Cat3 which is meant to be better tax wise. i dont earn enough for that so don't know the details.

if you earn over £32k in Gib take off 45% as tax.
Social Insurance in Gib is £20.75 per week on top of income tax.

the roads when we went were fine as it was blazing sun and hadnt snowed just before we went. but if it suddenly snow's heavily you would need possibly need sno chains. the roads did look well...

the daily ski pass is €37 at the weekend and €34 during the week per day. although intially in the week...

no i haven't. but my girlfriend and aboput 6 of my work mates went 2 weeks ago and had a great time, so this time now that im not working i am going with them as i love skiing.
