my green card got expired due 10 years and I gave it to get re newed for another 10 years .

Also my son's green card got waived beacause he just turned 14 yrs old he also got his I 551 stamped...

Travel to canada on I-551 Stamp

HI All,

I recently gave my green card for renewing and they stamped my passport till July 2004. Will I be able to travel in and out of canada with this stamp? I am planning on going this weekend...

Jennifer,
Your best option is go for the 1 choice because going the k -3 is time taking ,cost money and atleast your looking for the approval is 6 months and then another 3- 4 months for the visa...

MSC will send letter saying the sended the petition to the counsultae aboard but they will not send it.

In chennai we only get the DS 156 , medical letter and interview date.

Chennai by passed the packet #3 and they go straight to packet #4 .

Call the Mumbai Embassy and tell them your case number and find out when they have your wife for an appoinment.

For my wife's appoinment i called chennai and they gave me the date within...

Hi,

Has anybody recently been through the Chennai American Counsulate. NVC had send the approved petition on Dec 5th.

Still has of today chennai claims they don't have the approved petition.
