We had that problem, i.e. selling. In the end we have decided to rent it out until the market picks up, even if that takes a couple of years and it will provide an income for us to rent in Oz.

Some of the questions on the Form 80 go into depth e.g. what is your present and all past passport numbers? I had to go to the passport agency and pay to get this info. Retrospectively I found out...

Start filling out your form 80. When you get that CO you are expected to do a lot in 28 days. Get ahead of the game now and start collecting any and all info required.
