The HK money are moving away that's true but the real estate is left behind (Westwood Plateau i.e.). Vancouver is still highly atractive, as a real estate investment, from asia including the same...

Actually, if we go into more details, if anybody drives in Lower Mainland's rush hour (doesn't matter from where you are driving) you''ll be stuck in traffic. Yes it smells occasionally but your $$$...

I completely disagree. Alberta is not feeding place on BC situation since BC situation is very unique and Alberta with its gas/oil (and knowing the gas prices trend I give no dought AB economy will...

Exactly, I live in Sardis and it takes me 50 min to Vancouver itself, Coquitlam -45min. you can afford either a house (older) with big yard for $220-260k or brand new townhome with fully fenced yard...

Actually, there are plenty roundabouts in the Lower Mainland of BC i.e.: Langley, Surrey, Chilliwack, Agassiz, etc... :D
