I'm happy to say that the wonderful folks at INS gave me my EAD lat week and as soon as my SSN gets here i'm as free as a little bird to work at my local McDonalds and make $4 an hour...

i'm researching the same stuff at the moment. If the primary sponsor (spouse, parent etc) doesnt meet the 125% then they have to find a joint sponsor, someone willing to sign a sworn statement...

"I am a joint sponsor willing to accept the legal obligations with any other sponsor"
