If refering to the original development plan, which could be presented to a purchaser, Rago 3 is definately Albatros. The Developer was 'Pracsa'/Loira, not Fadesa and the sandy coloured Blocks...

Hopefuly to avoid any confusion Rago 3 is in fact Albatros, which is not a Fadesa Build.

we completed on 'Albatros' (Rago 3), phase 1, late last year and are waiting for defects (snagging) to be completed. We also hope to be out over the next few weeks to check on...

Notified by 'Pracsa' (via my solicitor) that mains Electricity will be available to 'Albtros' by 31st July and that generators are to be removed from that date -(been promised connection 'Very Soon'...

Just back from CE to check out the work on 'Albatros' and have a look to see how the site is progressing.
Had a walk around Golf 2, it was looking very challenging and almost ready for playing....

I understand it is a gated community so I imagine access is likely to be limited to residents and guests. Something for the residents comittee to consider perhaps in due course?
