I have lived here for just over 3 years now with the OH and the kids....took us time to settle in NZ and feel our way through the workforce but felt right at home in Rotorua immediately,...

I dont smell it either....only in some places in town but dont find it that bad to be honest.

Hi Mike,

Will get the OH to answer this when he gets home from work.
We have been motocrossing for 26-27 years now and brought some stuff with us but the bike from NZ.

Hey how did you find Rotorua.....we love it here but totally agree with the homesickness thingee.

So, latest is OH job contract ends on 7th Feb...temp visa ends 8th Feb :thumbdown:

Now need to find another job asap or back to the UK with our tails between our legs to start this whole...

If so then apply for them 6 weeks before leaving the UK as they take around a month.

Great place to live.

IMHO Kawaha Point, Lynmore, Springfield, and th other people have suggested are lovely.
Hubby used to work for towing...

We have been here 2.5 years on a temp work visa as other half is a truckie.
We secured a job from the UK before arriving and got a 3 year visa granted.
