Totally agree. Actually i do have more money i could commit but am relutant to exchnge it all unless i am 100% happy and want to stay so could afford something around the $300k property bracket.

Thanks - yep got my employer in Auckland to send me out a copy- its a wealth of information but only problme is you really have to ben in NZ to make the most of this book. Would recommend it...
