Yeah we have been looking at the lockwood houses. They look really nice but we were concerned that they may get really cold yet you say the opposite. Surely a brick house would be warmer. Am i wrong ?

I still like the fact that you get the four seasons like here in the uk. wont be fogetting to pack my fleece though for them colder months.

Thanks for the comments guys its nice to hear different peoples views. Yeah i've noticed the weather on the south island lately seems to be on a par and in some places hotter than right up north.
