DV-2010 Ineligible Countries ?

Its quite confusing actually as some web sites suggests the word "BORN IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES" and some say "CITIZENS OF CERTAIN COUNTRIES" are not eligible for DV-2010.

I lived in Gold Coast (QLD) on a 457 for more than an year and never had to get QLD driver license, I could use my overseas license there. So I think that rule applies to all...

I'm bit surprised to see that the most of these schools are in Estern Melbourne Region, anything in Western sides such as Cairnlea, Altona, Deer Park and etc ?

Sorry but thats not quite right. That only applies to the Permanent Residents and not the Temp such as people on work permit or the student visa holders.

They are certainly not relgious and the girl has done all our studies here in Auckland in different schools. in terms of fees, they are willing to spend up to 15 or 20k.

I was in the same boat, I had applied for New Zealand Immigration and then also applied for Australian Visa. Didnt notice any problems though.

Its absolutely fine to use your overseas license on a 457 visa, I used mine while I was in Gold Coast as its considered a temp visa.
