You present the documents to the consular officer when you do the interview. Remember to bring the originals, photos and $100 USD cash.

The expiry date is 9/30/05 on my form. That's really weird that they are rejecting your form which is more current!

Finally got ahold of the DOL office. They claim that they never received my LCA :(
Employer is going to resubmit, hope we'll get it back within 2 weeks this time.

IMHO you don't need a lawyer to apply for the E-3 visa, the process is simple enough. You can read the instructions on the US consulate's website to figure out what documents you need, and the 9035...

What is the difference between the LCA form annotated E3- Australia-To Be Processed and the 9035 form? I thought they are the same...
