So if some employee offers to sponsor you you can get a visa - but what about your spouse aren't they prohibited from working? How do you get round this? would they need to get sponsored as well?

Well we have two well paid jobs average income £55K
Both have good potential to advance up career ladder.
Nice 3 bed semi - £500 per month mortgage.
No kids - lots of disposable...

If one receives an H-1B "work visa" from a sponsoring employer then the
spouse is eligible for H-4. Those in the US on H-4 status cannot work.
An H-4 is not available to a non-married partner of...
