For less expensive travel I usually use www.orbitz.com or www.hotwire.com.
I looked up Chicago to Ciaro just for a comparison price and the cost is running around $1000 dollars round trip....

Hi, sorry to hear about your problem. I would keep trying to call the service center. It takes a long time to get through but if you keep hitting redial over and over eventually you do get through....
