Well ... all the worry for nothing. Went and got the I693C supplement. Went to the AOS interview earlier this week and the ONLY documents that he looked at were two utility bills!

Re: AOS filed within 1 year of medical but receipt says differently

Thanks Steffi. Yes, there are indeed two dates, one day apart. Alas the date they say received is not the date I filed them in person. The whole purpose I filed them in person was so that I...

Re: US Immigration - Dublin?

I have travelled to US from Dublin and indeed the US immigration is there (and Shannon). You go through the process as you would on arrival in US and don't have to double up when you arrive...

I applied for AOS back in May for myself and my son. My 130 at the time was approved, yet my son's wasn't. His approval came about a month later. I had to write to NVC to let them know we applied...

Yes EAD for ss no - he is the proud 10 year old owner of a work permit card with a tidy little fingerprint on it. Maybe I should send him out to work now to pay for all these fees!:)

Re: Biometrics for kids?

Your title caught my attention so though we are here in K3 and K4 visas, someone in our situation might have the same question as you did and for K4 children they do require biometrics. I have my...
