Well that's the major drawback... we held off looking for jobs 'cos we knew it could take an age to sell the house, and then bang, three weeks in , we get an offer! So total 'chicken and egg' time....

The house is valued at approx UK£300,000... but we're very prepared to negotiate if we don't have to give a percentage to the agency!!
