A quick question

My husband has dual nationality canadian/UK and we live in the UK. How easy is it to get a canadian passport for him and does this mean if we wanted we could live in Canada?

Many thanks for your reply. I have tried that but for some reason Im not hearing anything back, maybe thats a bad sign or maybe they are just very busy!
