According to them it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. They won't consider it overdue until after 6 weeks.

Actually, its been 6 months since we filed the I-130. We were married in the US, but my wife lives in Canada thus the I-129F (k3) was sent to Montreal. We have not made any errors in our filing...

I recieved the NVC notice 2-17-2003. I've called Montreal and they still don't have our application. We've been waiting for over a month now. So your wait could be a little longer.
