I think I saw this on my 47sp application, I will...

Talking Submitted DeFacto Application - can WORK

HI, well submitted our de facto spouse visa application here in Brisbane yesterday (I'm onshore), and it went great! We had everything but our meds and my Aussie police report, and they interviewed...

Re: Proving defacto from opposite sides of the world

Re: Proving defacto from opposite sides of the world

This is the way I did it: I kept coming over to Australia to live with my boyfriend for 6 month stretches (by coming over on an ETA visa, then extending it once I'm here), until I had enough time...

Re: Taking a laptop to Australia

Be prepared for possible questioning at the airport by customs/immigration - I had all of my luggage searched, and was questioned at length about why I was taking my laptop with me on my holiday...

Unhappy Admitting you're in a relationship

Hi, I'm new here...I like the new format!
Here's my question: has anyone here been questioned OUTRIGHT about whether or not they are in a relationship with an Australian citizen?

I'm applying...
