I think she was. She had to have medicals.
We don't really know the full story but I think their mum pays the rent still as she will be going back i imagine when her visa expires and the 18 year...

Yes, we also use tranzfers every month to send maintenance money back to my hubbies ex in the UK. Excellent exchange rates, very efficient and cheap to use. That said, cant wait to stop sending...
