I was trying to do a search and find out, how can you let USCIS know about the relative's address change in foreign country. AR-11 lets permanent residents change the address, but I wasnt sure...

Thanks for all your suggestions, just wanted to update you with the latest, my new lawyer did file a new I751 waiver mentioning the wrong points on denial and they had accepted...
