My husband will be working in CBD and doesn't want a huge commute but doen't mind 45 mins. He will be on public transport, not driving.

Can anyone tell me which are the good/nice/youn family orientated areas in syndey and which areas to avoid.

Has anyone had to pay capital gains tax on the profit you have made on selling your houses?

I didn't know about this and am a bit annoyed that I am leaving the UK yet they are still going to take...
