I have just spoken to Steve Tipper who is on the committee regarding the EUC.

The contract with Confortservi was signed tonight. Other people were considered but Confortservi were the better value...

Regarding Block 10 yes we do try to influence ADA, but the gardeners are for the whole of Vista Esuri. If you do not ask then you will not get ADA or anyone else to work for you. remember ADA work...

Regarding the community charges. rago 2 Block 10 works out at approx 1475 Euros a year or £85 a month.
Our pool is open all year.
