From what I can recall, you cannot change from a 136 ( Independant ) to 139 ( Skill designated ) . A 136 can be changed to a 137 based on state sponsorship. If you had applied for 138...

I guess I have not made myself clear. I have so far received all the communications by email from the CO , so I assume I had opted to be communicated by email.

Did someone get a Grant letter by regular post recently. My CO said she had sent a letter and I should receive it anytime this week.

Hope its not a reject letter.?? Please advice.

BTW, Pollyana, the email from my CO stated that the emails will be deleted to keep in mail box size to a minimum and if the query is urgent have asked to email to a generic...

Your points for age is locked in on the date the application reaches ASPC. Just make sure your app reaches before you turn 40. All other points ( Not sure about MODL points ) are done...

Yup, thats about it. Mine said the same thing and CO says its the correct one. No need fingerpring verification for AFP.

Its Goods and Services Tax..you need not pay if you are not physically in australia while applying online...you will have to pay 9% less that someone applying in australia
