Hi there, he doesn't work as an engineer anymore, so I guess the skilled migration is out of the question.

How about the area designated visa. The 475 with his sister sponsoring him?

I got a CO in Feb 08 who asked for a couple of extra docs which I sent over immediately. The last doc requested to make my application complete was the Australian Values...

Ahhh cool Fly Away......

Good news....so i guess we should hear v soon. Its annoying its taking so long considering its not even a perm visa, but its not suposed to be easy is it!!!!!
