Thanks for everyones great advice....things are slowly getting better I have good days and bad days. The good days are usually when I'm busy having things to do... the bad days being when I dwell on...

I'm back in britain now for 3 weeks and trying to settle back in, feels like limbo land (which has been mentioned on a different thread). Just to set the scene I wanted to come back to the UK...

... I can't believe it.......... I'm so glad I logged on today... I've had the worst 3 days of mixed emotions in my life and this thread has made me feel 10 times better.....I'm moving back home...
