I had to re-read my post several times to realize you were talking about "unmanned" .... however the definition of unmanned/un-manned is something that is "not manned" and looking up the definition...

The problem with getting HBO is that it's a similar problem to Netflix.......... you are paying extra, and iirc HBO is not cheap, especially on top of what we already have to pay for cable/satellite.

Same for us in VA, although its more like tree's and mountains, I can only see 4 other houses from our place........... I think the nearest shops are close to 10 miles away. It works out pretty well...
