I've been learning Spanish for over 3 years (albeit in the UK) and I still struggle with understanding the locals when I'm at our house in Chiclana although they usually understand me ok.

Actually I wasn't trying to be funny. I find it a really difficult accent to understand and many people tell me it's one of the strongest accents in Spain.

Whenever anyone in the uK hears I'm going to the Costa de la Luz they always seem to assume that I'm flying to Faro and going to Isla Canela as that seems to be the place that appears in most package...

And I've just checked my statement online and I on the 27th March I definitely did get 1.286, costing me £233.25 for 300€.

I'll agree it is alot less than I used to get. I always worked on 300€...

No I've never been charged a fee by Nationwide for using any ATM, either in the UK or abroad.

As I said earlier, the only fee I've ever been charged is if the machine owner levies one and these...
