Can't you transfer the debt onto another card at a better rate than Virgin are currently charging you? I know it might not be 0% but the debt may be more manageable.

Thats not quite true though is it. Surely Realtors value property and advise clients accordingly. Therefore to some extent they control the price that houses go on the market at.

Really, really not trying to be antagonistic but Winnipeg prices don't reflect the whole of Canada, or am I missing the point. Surely Vancouver might go down, Halifax might go up and somewhere else...

Actually though it must be quite difficult for a realtor commenting on the state of their home market in comparison with the rest of the country.

So all house prices throughout the world have stabilized then. Stuart is in Winnipeg, I'm not sure he speaks for the world, or indeed the rest of Canada.

But it still dose not help me or any other family coming over here and having to raise a family with no help at all from the goverment when you are paying taxes.
