Hi Roshan

I lodged 30th Jan. Ur case you have to atleast 3 months for PCC.

CO means case officer assigned to look into your application, CO will contact you when its needed to submit...

I too have the same problem, its not possible to include the spouse after the the original application before/after the SIR visa grant. Its not possible to sponsor before validating...

Thanks Jeremy for the reply. But DIMIA booklet says we can apply for more than one application, but the latest visa granted will be binding. I have 2+ years now, I will only apply if reach 3 years...

HI all

I have applied to SIR visa to Australia. As its not a PR visa and I am also nearing the points to Skilled Independent category, I am planning to lodge for Independent (SUb class 136) also....

hi everyone

Any one have any idea about the spouse visa for SIR holders. How they can bring their spouses if they marry after getting SIR visa?

This is not clear from DIMIA site? Anyone help...
