in that case she would need to have TAXABLE income more than 23k

Would a student who has completed 2 years CRICOS-approved course in Australia need to show 900 hours work experience in the relevant industry to get PR? or is just for the TRA related occupations?

This investment would 'buy' (okay, facilitate) settlement of one whole family in Australia. they can sell 10 acres in India and maybe buy 250 acres here...

Still debating about frontloading DIMIA application. Looking at Austimeline if you don't frontload visa's for skilled independent seem to be taking 6-7 months. If you frontload you could be talking...
