Completed Documentation mean I received my SIN Card and open accout in a Canadian Back. Definitely I did not apply for the PR card, because I can only apply after october 15.

Yes u can give ur relative address for receiving ur PR Card. I did the same. When I landed in Canada, I applied for PR Card and gave my friend's address. So when I returned back, CIC sent the...
