I was also under the impression that UK earnings do not count. If they do count then the H1B option may not be required, however I can find nothing to prove if they are / are not taken into...

I imagine that people who DCF from London are able to get co-sponsors.

I was under the impression that any money we make in the UK can not be included because as soon as we both move to the US we will be looking for work if we went down the normal K3 / I-130 route. Does...

This is why I was suggesting the H1B option as there are no chances that we can get a co-sponsor. Everything we need do to get to the US we will have to do ourselves.

Ok, I'll post this question there, just for an I-130 do you not need a sponsor? My wife will be filing for ILR in aug '07 and when she gets this visa will we still need a sponsor for us to both go to...
