There is a 2 month waiting list from Victoria (ICBC) to actually be allowed to go for for the class 1 theory test at the moment. Make sure you get your driving history from DVLA aswell as they want...

Hey, I looked into this. It is on the noc list but you will find it really hard getting a labour market opinion as there are a lot of Canadian employees in this field.

Be careful with Parcel force, we did a search on here and found that were losing alot of mail- as they only track until it leaves the UK.

Have you not thought about DHL, we found they were similar...

We are not intending to live in Montreal for more than 2 years. After that we will be moving to South Ontario area.

Contacted our nearest Doctor from the CIC list in Leeds, and they explained in detail what happens- roughly the same as your post. Cost not to bad either.
