Cannot pay IV fee online

Got the letter to pay the fee online for CR1.
I paid the affidavit of support fee but as soon as I click on PAY NOW for IV fee, I go back to login page to enter my case number... Any ideas why?

My brother has filed I-130 for his wife. His income is not enough for the I-864 support. I will be supporting his wife and filling out the affidavit of support.
My question is which form do I fill...

Processing time at NVC

Brother files I-130 for wife in April 14. Uscis approval was on 09/05/14 and now case forwarded to NVC.
My question is how much is the processing time at NVc now?
Looking at visa bulletin, it says...

I-130 for brother petition

We got a letter saying my brothers case went to NVC and it's completed on USCIS side.... I filed for petition last year so kinda surprised as I thought wait time was really long.....

Her daughter is expecting a baby in July and she wants to stay with her for a while...
So will she be allowed back in...

I have a queston regarding the I-130. it says to attach a certified copy of beneficarie's marriage certificate.
My question is can i photocopy it and get it notarized? or is certified copy...

Citizenship interview successfull but no oath date?

Someone I know came on marriage visa. but since it had been only 1 year after marriage, she got the 2 year green card. After she came to US, things didnt go well between the two and they divorced.
