I think the translator must be certified, or be 'under oath'. I did get the Apostille, just in case, because that stamp makes it valid worldwide, so just to be on the safe side, I think it makes...

I also filed a I-130 and included only the stuff that was required, nothing extra. I think the pictures and proof of relationship comes later, not at the stage of filing the I-130.

I'm also waiting for the 2nd NOA from the NSC for our I-130. My 1st NOA date was March 21.
I'm hoping to get it any day now, since yours was April 2.
