Hi ,
I landed in Sept first week, waiting for PR Card..need to fly into Canada on a business (job) trip..can I use IMM5292 to enter as new immigrant does not get IMM 1000 any more ..?
Any help...

I am with you ..another suferrer of a BAD system who is going to loose processing fee due to retroactive application of the law ..I was wondering if we can legally file a case of fraud against CIC...

Hi I got visa which says Category : WX-1 WORKER .

On further enquiry I found that WX means exempt from Employment Authorization . What does that mean ?
Does n't every one require EA in order...
