We agree. The CR-1 is our favourable option right now. Because she doesn't need to be in SoCal every day, but being available to do so. Our latest idea is moving to Northern Mexico. Basing ourselves...

SAME! When she told me I was like, yeah I'm not dealing with them. And yes, if we were to do K1 I would go back to the UK for it. And yes, K1 is becoming our least favourable option, thanks to this...

Yeah, this is my thought also. Plus I don't want to involve the company I'm working with.

Which brings us back to marry in Mexico and apply, or K1, marry and not work for 6-18 months.

Yes. The company wouldn't sponsor me. All the employees live and work in Mexico City. But Director and company is based in America. And it's a sales job so hardly something America is missing!
