Update:- Passport pick email received yesterday and picked up today however no visa issued. Wonder why the need to request passport in the first place They seem to be all over the place these days!...

Update:- Just received "THE" email... will be sending my passport over the weekend. Waited for over 300 days for this and given 30 days to respond ..Jokers! Hope everyone get their one soonish.

I was advised by consular officer on the day of the interview that he would recommend for a waiver on that day and that should take up to 6 months max however still nothing.

My interview was on 28th June 2024- recommended for a Waiver (2nd) on the same day - my first waiver took around 3 months .... Knowing Easter holidays coming up Guess this may drag even further....

Wales44 have a good one! . From my past/first experience travelling after a waiver - when arrived at the airport - you might be sent to the secondary for an interview, they usually take their time...
