I traveled to Newark in March and went to secondary which took 3-4mins only, Next trip I went via Dublin and breezed through no issues.

Having just received a B1 OCS for 5 years which was the specific one I applied for, would it be wrong to assume a new application for a B2 tourist would also be granted on the waiver of ineligibility...

My 5 year B1 OCS (offshore) visa arrived today. I will be applying for a B2 travel one so I'm well prepared for another 12 month wait.

A few of us still waiting on results from Sept 6th 2024
I'm not actually on the List Jools, I went for a B1-B2 OCS on the 6th of Sept happy to be added to the spread.

On the grand scheme of things if one is recommended for a waiver what are the success rates (my stickler was a receipt issued 30 years ago for £10) so I’m in the moral turpitude category.

A B1osc is a outside continental shelf (work on vessels) visa, yes they put me forward for a waiver.

Went to London last month for a B1OCS, due to handing out a receipt on three occasions over a 6 week period for £10 each and getting fined in 1998 for a total of £170 inc costs I predictably did...
