Oh. I was using the official online calculator (I can't post links but Google Saudi Arabia end of service calculator) which seemed to tell me you got 1.5 years salary after 3 years when your contract...

The end of service payment is potentially serious money so as well right?

Thanks a million. Had assumed as much. Have an offer to work in Neom so just making sure I'm making the decision to proceed on as much information as possible so any other insights or thoughts on it...

Out of curiosity, i assume the end of service payment is also only paid based on your base salary as well?

Just wondering re this - and thanks for any help in advance? Is your salary generally set at 1.25 times your current salary? If so, do you then have to pay towards accommodation etc out of it?
