So my husband had his first stage interview and it went well. Do they generally let you know if you have not been selected to move forward?

Thanks! I hope you get something too. I worked on his cv and made it exactly the same or very similar as the job spec. I reckon they use ATS to scan relevant keywords or similar phrases...

Hi all,

We have just received an email to complete a psychometric assessment. Is this normal prior to interviews? I was told interviews would be booked so slightly confused.
