I was granted a waiver for what you claim as ineligibilities I had two of the same codes as you, my offence was over 31 years ago. I'm also in cat A, but I was 17 so my thing stepped down after 15...

Thanks, let’s hope I get through Dublin in 2 hours then if I have to wait for secondary. I expect that is quieter than JFK, waiting time is less.

To add to this thread, I see things a bit different. If you apply for US visa and then need to have a waiver and it's granted. I would say that you were not denied a visa. I have the 5 year US visa...

Do you think the VCU is based also in the Embassy? I read before the consular officer needs to get their supervisor or similar to approve before sending to ARO. Not heard of the VCU before, maybe...

on my application, I was asked to submit additional info. This then caused my update on the CEAC to be on the 25th of March. So technically it took one month before they requested my waiver…...
