Dont overstay on VWP... you can be arrested and put on expedited removal without even a hearing... To re-enter the USA you would have to file an I-601 ( I think if you overstay more than 6 mons) ...

I see this is an old post, but wondered how you were getting along with the waiver. Our I-601 will go to Peru (from Buenos Aires) but we havent submitted yet.

I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has filed or will be filing an I-601 through BS AS and if so what were their experiences
